All main operations such as processing, funding, and quality control are centralized at the company in Westminster, CA. Even in growth, OC Capital Homes, Inc will not lose focus of on our core foundation of customer service and conservative nature. While many mortgage companies did not weather the current economic crisis, our company has instead seen a very steady growth. Our main products include: conventional conforming, conventional conforming high balance, Jumbo, FHA and FHA high balance products.
